• Operating more than one account under the same person's name.

• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without their permission.
• Personally threatening or harassing ba66 staff members.

Ba66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating these Terms and Conditions.
• If identity verification fails.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the verified balance will be available for withdrawal, but any pending bonuses will be cancelled.
